Although, skin bleaching kits come in various SKUs and prices, you can achieve optimal result by using soothing lotion and skin shiner along with the whitening cream bleach. The soothing lotion is used to prevent tingling. If your face is very sensitive then you should use this lotion in greater quantity.

You can opt for a skin lightening treatment at a near-by salon but if you'd like to save your money for other things then I'd suggest buying a kit at home. You can buy a complete kit which includes oxidizing emulsion, bleach powder, skin shiner and soothing lotion or you can buy these pieces individually. When you're ready for fresh and fair skin, take a spare bowl and add 1 Tablespoon oxidizing emulsion, 1 teaspoon bleach powder, 1/4 teaspoon skin shiner and 1/2 teaspoon soothing lotion. Mix well! Be sure to wear a headband to protect your hairs from turning golden! Now take a bleach brush and apply the whitening bleach mixture on your ears, neck, and face. If you're able to apply bleach on the back your neck as well. If you feel you'll need more bleach to cover everything, then create a bigger mixture! 

Now comes the hardest part!

Wait fifteen minutes for the whitening bleach mixture to dry up! If you wash your face before that, you may not get the results that you've wanted! As the mixture dries, your face will begin to harden and it's at this time to blend in the mixture by hand. If you feel a tingling sensation, it's best to remove the bleach from the concerned area. Once  those fifteen minutes are up, you can wash your face. Get ready for a complexion that's so fresh and so clean!
